Shipping Policy

Please read this policy before placing an order — it forms part of your purchase agreement.

Our Promise

Every Sleepzee product is covered by our 30-Day Warranty against defects. Your comfort is our priority, and if anything isn't right with your order, we'll fix it.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 30 days and include a photo or brief video showing the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, and we'll cover all return shipping costs. This is the only circumstance in which we cover return postage.

Changed Your Mind?

If you decide the product isn't for you, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
  • The item is unused and in resaleable, like-new condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and inserts intact;
  • You email us first with your order number and wait for approval before returning anything;
  • You cover the cost of return shipping (we recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that don't reach us).
Once we receive and inspect your return to confirm it meets the above conditions, we'll refund the product price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Orders Already Shipped

We process and dispatch orders quickly — usually within 1–3 business days. If your order has already shipped when you contact us, it cannot be intercepted in transit. Please accept the delivery and then follow the return steps above at your own expense.

Final-Sale & Hygiene Items

For health and safety reasons, opened or used items such as sleep/cooling masks cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Order Delays

We aim to deliver within the timeframe stated on our Shipping page. Should we be unable to fulfil your order within 30 days, we will contact you and you may choose to cancel for a full refund.

Customers Outside the United States

If you are ordering from the UK, EU, or another region, you may have additional return or cancellation rights under your local consumer protection laws. These rights remain in effect — simply contact us and we will assist you.
