Refund & Returns Policy
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order, as it forms part of your purchase agreement.
Changed Your Mind?
If you've changed your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused, in like-new, resalable condition, and include all original packaging, accessories, and inserts.
- You must contact us first at support@sleepzee.com with your order number and wait for return approval. Please do not send your item back until we've confirmed your return.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for returns that are lost in transit.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Orders Already Shipped
We process and dispatch orders quickly, typically within 1–3 business days. If your order has already shipped when you contact us, it cannot be stopped while in transit. Please wait until it arrives, then follow the return process outlined above. Return shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain products—such as sleep masks or cooling masks—cannot be returned once opened or used, unless they are faulty.
We may refuse returns, or issue only a partial refund, for products that are:
- Used or worn
- Damaged by the customer
- Missing original packaging or accessories
- Not in resalable condition
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@sleepzee.com.
Include your order number along with a photo or short video showing the issue. We'll arrange either a free replacement or a full refund, and we'll cover all return shipping costs in these cases.
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable consumer protection laws. These rights remain in addition to the return policy outlined above.
